Our office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with an hour for lunch. Full-time employees (30 or more hours per week) are eligible for the following benefits.

Health Insurance - The firm pays for the employee's health insurance premium for BlueCross Blueshield's PPO plan. In addition, the employee may choose to pay the premium for coverage of a spouse and/or other dependant(s). There is a 30-day waiting period before coverage begins.

Life Insurance - The firm provides a $20,000 life insurance policy at no cost to the employee.

Disability Insurance - The firm provides long term disability insurance that will pay up to 60% of the annual salary of any employee who is permanently disabled. There is a 30 day waiting period before coverage begins.

401K and Profit-Sharing - The firm offers a 401K plan where employees can make pretax contributions for retirement, etc. In addition, the firm will contribute 10 percent of the employee's annual salary each year to a profit-sharing account for employees who have at least two years of service.

Cafeteria Benefit Plan - The firm offers the ability to use pretax dollars to pay for insurance, medical or dependent care expenses. There is a 30 day waiting period.

Paid Time Off (PTO) - The firm gratuitously provides paid time off to full-time employees who have worked for six months.

Holidays - Each year a list of firm holidays is published and usually includes New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday, and Christmas Day.

Pay Periods - Employees are paid biweekly on Fridays.
