Taylor Porter Partner Drew Eversberg is a native of Baton Rouge and has been practicing law for over twenty-five years.  Drew’s practice focuses on the litigation of all types of property and casualty disputes focusing on the defense of commercial and personal lines insurance claims for most of the largest insurers in the country.

Drew has handled thousands of lawsuits representing local, regional, and national corporations and individuals in cases involving automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, homeowners’ liability, environmental liability, and trucking liability as well as handling cases involving insurance bad faith, workers’ compensation, life insurance, professional liability, toxic torts, and construction law and disputes.  He has tried over one hundred cases to verdict in his active trial practice in state and federal court.

Mr. Eversberg received his J.D. from the University of Mississippi in 1995 and his B.B.A. from Millsaps College in 1992.

Mr. Eversberg is admitted to practice law in both Louisiana and Mississippi, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana, U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Mississippi.  He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. 

Mr. Eversberg is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar, Baton Rouge Bar Association, Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, and American Board of Trial Advocates.
