Mrs. Groves Lowe has a general litigation practice, with specific emphasis in the areas of insurance defense, commercial litigation and appellate practice.
In addition to her Juris Doctorate degree, Mrs. Groves Lowe has a Master of Arts in Psychology. Mrs. Groves Lowe has utilized both her litigation and psychology background as a frequent jury consultant, assisting other litigators in jury selection, pre-trial research and statistical analysis, focus groups and mock trials. Mrs. Groves Lowe has also served as a litigation consultant in expert and lay witness preparation. She is a frequent lecturer on jury selection, ethics and litigation skills.
Mrs. Groves Lowe is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts. She was the winner of the Tullis Moot Court Competition at Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, and was admitted into the Law Center’s Hall of Fame.
Mrs. Groves Lowe is an active volunteer in the Baton Rouge community. She served four terms on the Junior League of Baton Rouge Board of Directors and as President. She is a member of St. James Episcopal Church, where she is a Sunday School teacher. Mrs. Groves Lowe also serves as the Chair of the Baton Rouge Bar Association Luncheons Program.
