Andree Cullens' practice has centered on bankruptcy law, commercial litigation and employment litigation. She has successfully represented debtors, debtors-in-possession, creditors and trustees in Chapter seven and eleven bankruptcy. Her commercial litigation recently included commercial bank work out and litigation, including foreclosures, revocatory actions, and wrongful seizure. She has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in employment litigation.

Ms. Cullens graduated from University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Arts in 1989. She received her Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University in 1994.

Ms. Cullens is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, in the federal district courts for the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.  She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Baton Rouge Bar Association, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute.

Recent notable commercial cases in which Ms. Cullens has been involved:

• Lead counsel for JP Morgan Chase in discrimination in lending suit;
• Lead counsel for State Street Bank and Trust in suit for forged check recovery;
• Lead counsel for State Street Bank and Trust in the Chapter eleven proceedings of XCL- China;
• Lead counsel for Bank One in the Chapter eleven Bankruptcy Case of Reel Entertainment, LLC.

Recent notable employment cases in which Ms. Cullens has been involved:

• Lead counsel for Bank One, NA in defending ERISA claims for severance benefits by over 80 plaintiffs;
• Lead counsel for Bank One, NA in discrimination claims;
• Lead counsel for suit against corporate management company for sexual harassment.
