Andree Cullens' practice has centered on bankruptcy law, commercial litigation and employment litigation. She has successfully represented debtors, debtors-in-possession, creditors and trustees in Chapter seven and eleven bankruptcy. Her commercial litigation recently included commercial bank work out and litigation, including foreclosures, revocatory actions, and wrongful seizure. She has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in employment litigation.
Ms. Cullens graduated from University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Arts in 1989. She received her Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University in 1994.
Ms. Cullens is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, in the federal district courts for the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Baton Rouge Bar Association, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute.
