David J. Shelby II is a partner in the law firm of Taylor Porter, L.L.P., in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He received a Juris Doctorate degree from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 1993 and was admitted to practice in Louisiana that same year. Since then, he has practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, premises liability and labor and employment law.
