Mr. Patrick D. Mr. Seiter is a frequent author and lecturer on legal issues in health care.  Along with his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Seiter also holds a Masters of Public Health degree with a concentration in Health Care Organizations and Policy.  Mr. Seiter is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Alabama.
