Mr. Tim Poché has represented clients in the petrochemical, transportation, and waste disposal industries by providing regulatory guidance and defending enforcement actions involving the generation, transportation and disposal of solid and hazardous waste and commercial chemical products. He has served as defense counsel in complex litigation involving work place exposure/personal injury and property contamination, including litigation arising from the operation of several Superfund sites in Louisiana.
Mr. Poché received a B.S. in Geology from Louisiana State University in 1988 and his J.D. from Louisiana State University in 1992. Mr. Poché is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, and the Federal District Courts for the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Poché is currently serving as Treasurer of the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section. He is an active member of the Air and Waste Management Association and the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy and Resources.
