  • Prosecuting and licensing patent applications and patents for corporate and state clients
  • Lead counsel for Board of Supervisors of LSU and its Health Care Services Division relating to information technology and IP law issues associated with the transition of Louisiana’s multiple public hospitals and health care services to private parties
  • Lead counsel for State of Louisiana, and also LSU, in trademark opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appellate Board
