Erin Sayes Kenny Elected Partner at Taylor Porter

The law firm of Taylor Porter is pleased to announce that attorney Erin Sayes Kenny has been elected Partner. Kenny joined Taylor Porter in 2011, and has maintained a varied state and federal civil litigation and appellate practice, with an emphasis in alcoholic beverage licensing and related enforcement issues, commercial litigation, insurance defense and insurance coverage cases.

Kenny also has experience in personal injury, products liability and other tort litigation. She is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts; all federal district courts in Louisiana; and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Within the firm, Kenny currently serves on the Strategic Planning Committee and Recruiting Committee.

An active member of the Baton Rouge legal community, Kenny is an elected council member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and serves as a board member for the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. In addition, she serves as a board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Baton Rouge.

Kenny graduated cum laude from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 2011. In 2007, she graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Mass Communication and a minor in Political Science from Louisiana State University.
