Lambert, Kenny Elected to BRBA Leadership Positions for 2016

Taylor Porter Partner Amy Lambert (pictured left) has been elected Secretary of the Baton Rouge Bar Association, while Associate Erin Sayes Kenny (pictured right) has been elected council member of the BRBA Young Lawyers Section, announced by the BRBA in its election of officers for 2016.

At Taylor Porter, Lambert practices in commercial litigation, appellate, tort litigation, health care, federal litigation matters and insurance defense. She serves as Chair of the Taylor Porter Diversity Committee.

At Taylor Porter, Kenny maintains a varied state and federal civil litigation and appellate practice, with an emphasis in commercial, insurance defense and insurance coverage cases. She also has experience in personal injury, products liability and other tort litigation. Within the firm, Kenny currently serves on the Strategic Planning Committee and formerly served on the Pro Bono Committee.

The Baton Rouge Bar Association has been serving the legal profession and the public for more than 85 years. It is one of the largest voluntary bar associations in the State of Louisiana with a membership of over 2,500 lawyers. The BRBA is managed by its officers and board of directors who are elected by the membership. The membership is a cross-section of lawyers from the greater Baton Rouge area and surrounding parishes, from solo practitioners to members of some of the largest law firms in the state.
