Taylor Porter Hosts Southern University’s Top Jags, Prospective Students

Taylor Porter was proud to host prospective Southern University students through the university's "Top Jags" program, which is led by school alumni  who assist applicants with important scholarship and college information.

Taylor Porter Partner and Executive Committee Member 
Preston Castille, Class of 1990, serves as National President of the Southern University Alumni Federation. 

Castille is an adjunct professor of law at Southern University Law School, teaching Evidence, Pretrial Litigation Practice, Trial Advocacy, Louisiana Civil Procedure I, and Louisiana Civil Procedure II. 

Castille is active in various education-related organizations. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of New Schools for Baton Rouge and is a member of the Mentorship Academy School Board.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business (Economics) in 1990 from Southern University and A&M College at Baton Rouge.
