The Taylor Porter “Belly Up with the Bar” team, "A League of Their Own," tallied two first place awards, "Most Original" and "People's Choice," at the Belly Up with the Bar fundraiser, Baton Rouge Bar Association's annual brew fest and cook-off competition among law firms to raise money for Youth Education programs, including Teen Court, the High School Mock Trial competition, Law Day, Lawyer in the Classroom and the Junior Partners Academy.

​Donning their Taylor Porter pinstripe jerseys, attorneys served up a triple-play menu of a hot dog bar and also "the main squeeze" fizzy blueberry lemonade. This was the second consecutive year Taylor Porter scored a first place award at the Belly Up with the Bar competition. Associate Trey Tumminello served on this year's Belly Up planning committee.
