Taylor Porter will host a “Spring Training” Labor and Employment Law Seminar, to be held on Thursday, April 27, at 3 p.m., in the Taylor Porter Founder’s Conference Room in the Chase North Tower, 9th Floor (450 Laurel Street). Our attorneys will discuss the latest and hottest labor and employment issues and trends affecting companies, including data security, social media, and overtime/wage-hour rules.

The seminar has been approved for 3 Hours of Continuing Education Credit by the HR Certification Institute - HR (General) recertification credit hours toward aPHR™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™, SPHRi™ recertification. Taylor Porter will distribute the HRCI CE certificate with the Activity ID number at the seminar.

• “Heaters, Change-Ups, Sliders and Curveballs” – Rapid Fire Workplace Developments – Overtime/Wage-Hour Rules Update; Religious/National Origin Discrimination; Pregnancy/Leave Issues; Transgender/Gender Identity Rulings and Trends (Attorneys Vicki Crochet, Tom Peak, John Murrill and Lauren Rivera, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.)
