Taylor Porter is a proud sponsor of the 47th Annual and 2018 Emerge Center Volunteer Activists Awards, to be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 16 at the Renaissance Hotel.

The event honors community volunteers who go above and beyond typical volunteer requirements for organizations across the community, and the annual luncheon benefits The Emerge Center, a 58-year-old nonprofit offering assessment and therapeutic programs for children with language and developmental delays, including autism, and hearing services for all ages.

The 2018 honorees include: Coletta Barrett, Jim Brandt, Nancy Crawford, Staci Deumite Duhe, Alsie Dunbar, Edmund Giering, Wendy Lipsey, Dr. Fatemeh Malekian, Rolfe McCollister, Levar Robinson, Todd Schexnayder, and Ann Trappey. Receiving the Special Emerging Activist award will be Hailey Junca.
