August 20, 2018

Taylor Porter welcomes our 2018 Fall Law Clerks - Diana Marcantel, 2L, Southern University Law Center, and Stephen Vick, 2L, LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Under the guidance of practicing Taylor Porter attorneys and mentors, our law clerks will work this semester to gain hands-on experience and interaction that reflect real life as a lawyer. The work ranges from case research to legal writing to shadowing attorneys at depositions, hearings, and oral arguments, and speaking with both Taylor Porter partners and associates one-on-one and learning about their personal experiences.

She is currently a 2L at SULC, a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and she has an interest in torts and legal writing. She formerly clerked at the Public Defender's office. Marcantel is a St. Joseph's Academy high school graduate. Marcantel will be mentored by Taylor Porter attorney Clare Sanchez.
