Taylor Porter is pleased to welcome John Forrest Ward, IV to the firm.

John Ward joins Taylor Porter as an associate practicing primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and commercial transactions. John earned his J.D. in 2023 from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. While in law school, John was the President of the Louisiana Business Law Society and received the CALI Award in Mergers & Acquisitions.  He received his B.S. from Louisiana State University in 2020.
