Walsh Delivers Ethics CLEs for Louisiana State Bar, Disciplinary Board

Taylor Porter Partner Michael Walsh presented two CLEs on ethics this week at the Louisiana State Bar Association’s “Ethics & Professionalism Summer Rerun,” held June 17, in New Orleans at the Sheraton Hotel, and at the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board’s “Continuing Legal Education Series,” held June 16, in Pineville, at the Country Inn and Suites, where he presented “Digital is Forever,” discussing the code of professionalism and how it relates to one’s digital footprint within social media.

The LSBA program was approved for a maximum of two hours of CLE credit, including one hour of ethics and one hour of professionalism. The LADB’s CLE series of seminars provides seven hours of total CLE credit to Louisiana lawyers, including four hours of ethics credit and two hours of professionalism.

Walsh is an adjunct professor of law at Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he teaches a course on Professional Responsibility and Ethics, and he is a frequent lecturer on ethics, professionalism, and litigation skills.
