Following the President’s emergency declaration pursuant to the Stafford Act, and the Governor’s declaration of a Public Health Emergency in Proclamation Number 25 JBE 2020, the IRS and the Louisiana Department of Revenue announced extensions of certain tax return filing and tax payment requirements.
