Kristyn joined Taylor Porter in 2021 and practices primarily with the Commercial Transactions and Mergers and Acquisitions team.
Kristyn received her J.D. from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2021 where she was a member of the Louisiana Law Review. She served as the Chairperson for the Diversity and Professionalism Committee, and was a member of the Hispanic Law Students Association. Prior to joining Taylor Porter, Kristyn was a judicial extern for Judge Harlin D. Hale with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of Texas and a legal intern for a major telecommunications company. She earned her B.S., summa cum laude, from Sam Houston State University in 2017.
