Taylor Porter Executive Committee Member and Partner David Shelby completed the 2020 spring session of the Baton Rouge Business Report Executive Leadership Academy. The Business Report started the academy three years ago with the goal of helping executives, manager level employees, and entrepreneurs broaden their leadership skills. The academy has graduated close to 200 people, and they represent more than 125 companies in South Louisiana— from family businesses and public companies to nonprofits and startups.

Shelby joins fellow Taylor Porter attorneys Bob Barton and Blue Loupe as alumni of the program.

Shelby has more than 25 years of experience advising and representing clients on matters of construction, labor, employment, business, and premises liability.
