Mr. Fred Tulley’s primary areas of practice include Commercial Litigation, Securities Litigation, Professional Malpractice, Construction, Antitrust, RICO, Commercial Bankruptcy and Insurance Insolvency. He received a B.A. from Louisiana State University in 1970 and his J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1973. Mr. Tulley is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, in the federal district courts for the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America®.

Mr. Tulley was invited to testify before an Investigative Subcommittee of the U.S. House of Representatives, Energy and Commerce Committee on the issue of insurance company insolvencies.
