Anna Stolzenthaler is an Associate at Taylor Porter. Since becoming a licensed attorney, Anna has gained extensive litigation experience. Early in her career, Anna began taking depositions of parties and witnesses, arguing motions, and handling matters on appeal. Anna has developed in depth knowledge with complicated issues involving Louisiana’s post-conviction relief process. The firm’s trust in Anna’s ability to handle matters independently has evolved her into a confident and skilled attorney.
Outside of post-conviction cases, Anna also focuses on commercial litigation, personal injury defense, and workers’ compensation defense. Anna has assisted with identifying and prosecuting numerous cases of workers’ compensation fraud. She has also gained experience in federal court involving breach of contract, unfair trade practices, and intellectual property disputes.
Anna earned her J.D. and Graduate Degree in Comparative Law from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2024, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Anna received the CALI Excellence Award in Successions, Donations, and Trusts; Income Taxation; and Advanced Topics in Criminal Law. She was also recognized as a Paul M. Hebert Scholar, Dean’s Scholar, and competed in the Tullis Moot Court Competition.
Anna graduated from Louisiana State University in 2020 with a B.S. in Marketing.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking, and traveling.
