Fred Tulley received a B.A. from Louisiana State University in 1970 and his J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law in 1973. Mr. Tulley is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, in the United States District Courts for the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of Louisiana, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
He has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America, Louisiana Super Lawyers, and Chambers USA.
Mr. Tulley was invited to testify before an Investigative Subcommittee of the U.S. House of Representatives, Energy and Commerce Committee on the issue of insurance company insolvencies.
