Philip received his B.A. in history with a minor in political science from Louisiana State University in 2021.
Philip is West Law Certified in Foundations of Legal Research, Essential Legal Research, and Advanced Legal Research. Philip is also a co-author of the Westlaw Practical Law article “Hiring Requirements – Louisiana.”
