Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) Practice Group Leader, Barrye Miyagi, was featured in DRI’s For The Defense Magazine.  MSP Private Cause of Action Legislation: The RAMP Act covers the significant attention the Medicare Secondary Payor (“MSP”) Cause of Action has gained over the past decade and the increased abuse that The Repair Abuses of MSP Payments (RAMP) Act aims to eliminate.  Read the detailed article starting on page 28 here.
