

Taylor Porter Welcomes New Associates to Baton Rouge Office
Taylor Porter is pleased to welcome Brandon Scott Andrews, Jr., Murphy A. Richard, and Emily A. Webb to the firm.
Brandon Scott Andrews, Jr. joined the Baton Rouge office as an Associate and practices primarily in commercial litigation. He earned his J.D./D.C.L. from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Brandon served on the Journal of Energy Law and Resources as Senior Editor, and he was an active member of the Board of Advocates, competing in the 2024 Flory Trial Competition and the 2023 Tullis Moot Court Competition. Brandon received his B.S. from Louisiana State University in 2022.
Murphy A. Richard joined the Baton Rouge office as an Associate and practices in commercial litigation and construction. He received his J.D./D.C.L., cum laude, from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2025. While in law school, Murphy was recognized with the Susan A. Halsey Memorial Endowed Scholarship, the Dean’s Scholarship, and named a Paul M. Hebert Scholar and Dean Scholar. Murphy received his B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 2021.
Emily A. Webb joined Taylor Porter as an Associate practicing in commercial litigation. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law in 2025. Emily was a member of the Mississippi College Law Review and Moot Court Board. She received her B.S., magna cum laude, from Louisiana Tech University in 2022.
