Gillian Griffin is an Associate at Taylor Porter. She joined the firm in 2023 and practices with the Alcoholic Beverage Licensing and Related Enforcement Issues and the Employment, Labor, and Benefits Teams. She has experience representing employers in connection with various labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation litigation in federal and state court and administrative proceedings before the EEOC. Gillian has experience interviewing witnesses, responding to requests for information, and drafting position statements in response to charges filed with the EEOC, OSHA, and other administrative agencies.
Gillian earned her J.D., cum laude, in 2020 from Tulane University Law School where she was Managing Editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. She received her Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, from Kennesaw State University in 2014.
