Nancy Roberts joined Taylor Porter in 2026 as Special Counsel and practices primarily in the area of medical malpractice defense and healthcare litigation. She has experience representing physicians and other medical professionals and physician-owned clinics, surgery centers and specialty hospitals in medical review panel proceedings, malpractice lawsuits, and appellate proceedings. She also advises healthcare professionals in licensing and credentialing matters.
Nancy received her J.D./B.C.L. from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2005 where she was a member of the Wex S. Malone American Inns of Court. She received her B.A. from Louisiana State University in 2001 where she was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta Honors Society and received the LSU Board of Supervisors Scholarship.
After graduating from law school, Nancy had the privilege of serving as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable R. Michael Caldwell in the 19th Judicial District Court in East Baton Rouge Parish
