Medical Malpractice Defense

The Taylor Porter Medical Malpractice Defense team, which has more than 150 years of combined experience, represents physicians and other medical professionals, as well as hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes, throughout the state in medical malpractice claims. We assist clients in all aspects of medical malpractice claims, from the medical review panel administrative claim through trial and appeal. In addition, the firm advises physicians, nurses and other medical professionals, hospitals, and dialysis clinics regarding risk management, regulatory compliance, and healthcare administration.

Our team is experienced and innovative in their pursuit of strategic outcomes. When facing a malpractice claim, clients need counsel they can trust to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and advocate effectively. Our attorneys understand the issues and develop a strategy based on the needs of the individual client.
