Peyton Gascon joined Taylor Porter in 2022 and practices in commercial litigation, general tort litigation, and insurance defense. Peyton also has experience in land use litigation and succession litigation.
Peyton received his J.D. from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2022. He was a recipient of the Kate Wallach Memorial Scholarship and the Jules F. Landry Memorial Scholarship. Peyton was also a Paul M. Hebert Scholar and received the CALI Excellence Award in Torts. He participated in the Tullis Moot Court Competition and was a member of the Public Interest Law Society. In 2019, Peyton earned his B.S. from Louisiana State University and was a member of the Student Finance Association.
